DEI is the bureaucratization of Critical Theory and Critical Theory was created by Marxists and is a project dedicated to "socialist liberation", which in every incarnation has always meant total rule by a vanguard class blessed with "critical consciousness", who promise to create total freedom once they're given total power.
And Crit Theory (like its Marxist parent) operates on WHO/WHOM morality. Meaning that allies or mascots in their Permanent Revolution (migrants, criminals of color, sexual minorities, Palestinians and their supporters etc) receive special treatement (donations, jobs, career advancement or Get Out Of Jail Free cards) while their enemies (straight white men, conservatives, and now Jews) are constantly demonized and can be attacked on all fronts, with whatever they suffer being blamed on them for their crimes of existing.
The Marxists hated Jews, the Soviets hated Jews, and now their narcissistic American grandchildren of the Social Justice faith also hate Jews. Jews infuriate them because of their refusal to abandon their own faith for the new One True Faith and thus they have to be eradicated for the newer faith to assert its primacy. (And they hate Israel for winning wars and establishing a capitalist democracy, when Leftists expect Jews to be placid socialists happy to offer their lives in pursuit of a better world.)

I realize there was a gap in my comment that could be construed in the way you put it, but I didn't write that the Crit Theorists hated Jews—I wrote that the Marxists and Soviets hated Jews, and I don't think that's difficult to back up.
Also, Jewishness is not definitive proof that one doesn't hate Jews, some of History's biggest anti-Semites were Jews, including Marx and Trotsky (and Norm Finkelstein!).

We should report this voter intimidation to the FBI so they can use their sizable budget to educate confidants on how to become informers? For example:

p1. the soviet union was marxist
p2. the soviet union was anti-semitic
p3. critical theory is marxist
c. critical theory must be anti-semitic!
