I'm so pleased you and john linked buddhism and stoicism with CBT. It was while I was undergoing CBT for a touch of deppresion that I discovered stoicism via Wolfe's
A Man in Full. I'd already read and accepted bob Wright's thesis in why buddhism is true so I felt I'd discovered the most accurate worldview as a mix of the three.
I'm disappointed that neither of you were naked. (Although it should have been shot from the waist up for propriety's sake ;) )
