This is FIRE’s action page on the New York protest-ban proposals. It says S.8599 / A.9335 would “completely ban all demonstrations of two or more people” in buffer zones, and that Gov. Hochul’s Part K proposal would ban demonstrations meant to “alarm and annoy” people going to covered sites.
