"harass an individual based upon a protected characteristic".... I've never understood these things, so harassing someone at Syracuse for a non-protected characteristic is cool?
There should be criminal statutes for public officials violating the constitution... What personal repercussions does this NY official suffer from blatantly using her power to violate 1st amendment rights? What prevents officials from doing this repeatedly? They can achieve short term goals, even if they lose later in the courts.
I can't even remember the last season of Angel. I think it ended in hell or something. Angel was never as good as Buffy and when Cordelia went New Age & had a demon baby (I know, I know, the actress was pregnant and they had to explain it SOME way) I lost a lot of interest.
Best line in the season, when inquired why the coffee served by the vampire receptionist (Harmony, another Buffy refugee) is so good: “The secret ingredient is otter”
